裁员潮持续 美119家公司已发出1月裁员通知

包括亚马逊和联邦快递在内的美国数十家企业计划于一月份进行裁员。

成千上万名美国人预计将在今年假期季后面临裁员影响。裁员可被视为企业如何看待经济逆风的信号，也可能源于重组或利润最大化计划。

根据Challenger, Gray & Christmas公司2025年12月的报告，2025年全年裁员人数已超110万。

《工人调整与再培训通知（WARN）法案》要求雇主在大规模裁员前提前60天发出通知。

据法律援助工作组织解释，大规模裁员界定标准为：30天内裁员至少50人，影响三分之一劳动力，或任何企业在30天内裁员500人。如果工作场所关闭且30天内裁员至少50人，同样构成大规模裁员。
